Damian Mazurek

A certified cloud and AI solutions architect with over 15 years of experience in the software industry. In his current role as Chief Innovation Officer at Software Mind, he oversees technology strategy and operations while working with clients to design and implement scalable and effective cloud and AI-based solutions. His vast knowledge and experience have allowed him to help many organizations, both startups and enterprise businesses in Europe and the US, leverage these technologies to streamline operations and drive business growth. He is also a keynote speaker at major conferences across Europe and lectures at universities in the areas of AI and cloud computing.

Zbigniew Starzec

Zbigniew Starzec graduated from Cracow University of Technology in 2007. He began his career as a Software Engineer at Ericpol, working on projects for Ericsson, and then joined the European startup Jobpartners, which was later acquired by Taleo. He subsequently served as a Test Manager at Oracle Corporation. From May 2018 to June 2021, Zbigniew worked as a Software Project Manager in the automotive industry at Aptiv, where he contributed to building systems for AUDI premium cars. Currently, Zbigniew is a Software Delivery Manager at Software Mind. In this role, he is responsible for building highly competent, cross-functional tech teams. His responsibilities span from talent sourcing and onboarding to leading teams through project execution. Additionally, Zbigniew collaborates closely with customer leadership to remove organizational and process bottlenecks, helping clients optimize their operations and unleash their potential.
